About The Position

We're looking for a leader who can inspire, coach, and develop team members, drive sales, and ensure clients have an exceptional experience. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining the store's appearance, supporting the brand, and meeting store goals. Your primary focus will be on the sales floor, where you will coach team members to achieve their objectives. You will lead by example, fostering an environment where team members feel valued, can grow, and function effectively as a team. This role requires enthusiasm, confidence, a passion for the latest wireless technology, and a drive for achieving great results.

Requirements

• Flexible to work day, evening and weekend shifts, based on business needs
• Comfortable with technology
• 2-3 years of progressive retail sales or customer service experience
• At least one year of management experience

• University degree/college diploma, especially with a focus on business/management, is an asset
