The Assistant Store Manager position is based at Store #6041 in Xenia, Ohio. This role requires attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skills. The position is involved in all operational phases, including leasing, team management, maintenance assistance, project supervision, and tenant relations. The store operates Monday to Friday from 9:30 am to 6:00 pm, Saturdays from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm, and Sundays from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm. The starting pay is $16.50 per hour plus a bonus incentive.
