About The Position

Kay Jewelers is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager and help maintain daily focus on individual and team standards for achieving sales and profit projections. The role contributes to a high level of customer satisfaction, develops team members’ skills and product knowledge through training and evaluation, and participates in recruiting and selection. The Assistant Store Manager also follows and enforces Company policies and procedures and performs other operational and strategic duties. The position calls for a commitment to excellence, a desire to grow, and the ability to provide a superior customer experience. The role is based at Kay Jewelers at Monadnock Marketplace; availability to work days, nights, and weekends is required.

Requirements

• At least one year of retail experience; experience with a jeweler or specialty retailer is preferred.
• Knowledge of operating POS terminals and scanners and using basic computer software and hardware.
• Ability to interpret instructions in written, oral, diagram, and schedule form.
• Availability to work days, nights, and weekends.
