About The Position

Our client is looking for an Assistant Store Manager to add to their team in Glendive, MT. In this role, you will serve as the Manager’s right hand, helping run day-to-day store operations, leading the team on the floor, and keeping standards high across departments. Qualified candidates will have supervisory or leadership experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service, and the ability to coach others, hold them accountable, and a willingness to step in wherever needed.
