The Assistant Store Manager will assist the Store Manager with management responsibilities. This includes training and development of employees, overseeing store responsibilities, scheduling employees for shifts, and resolving store issues including customer concerns. The role also involves ensuring compliance with all required regulations and requirements, assisting with audits, and managing the proper placement and stocking of merchandise. A key aspect of the role is ensuring hospitality for all store guests by overseeing timely guest transactions. Additionally, the Assistant Store Manager will monitor profits through end-of-day procedures, shrink indicators, lottery, stock audits, vendors, car wash operations, and retail waste.
