Participate in the management of an inspiring furniture and home décor store. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will collaborate with the Manager to create a positive working environment for the team and an excellent shopping experience for our customers. Our stores are open 7 days a week, so we are looking for candidates who can work 40 hours per week and are available to work a variety of shifts on weekdays, weeknights, and weekends. Requirements

At least 2 years of Retail sales and customer service leadership experience
Experience with achieving sales targets
A passion for interior décor and merchandising
Outgoing personality, who loves to meet new people
Collaborate to achieve shared goals
Open availability to work a combination of shifts which may include evenings and weekends
Ability to stand and walk for a full shift
Manual dexterity to perform tasks such as working on ladders, moving boxes and furniture
The ability to lift and move loads up to 50 lbs / 23 kg
