Requirements

• Leadership or supervisory experience in a retail environment
• Cash handling, sales, or customer service experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to motivate, coach, and develop team members
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to remain calm and effective in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer proficiency and experience using point-of-sale systems
• Ability to stand for extended periods and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
• Flexible availability and a strong work ethic

Nice To Haves

• Experience in convenience store, retail, food service, or hospitality management is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with the day-to-day operation of the store
• Supervising and supporting team members during shifts
• Providing outstanding customer service and resolving customer concerns
• Maintaining accurate inventory and financial records
• Monitoring cash handling procedures and store security
• Training, coaching, and developing employees
• Ensuring compliance with company policies and safety standards
• Assisting with scheduling and staffing needs
• Stocking merchandise and maintaining store presentation
