About The Position

We're looking for a leader who can inspire, coach, and develop team members, drive sales, and ensure clients have an exceptional experience. As an Assistant Store Manager, you are responsible for ensuring the store always looks good, supports the brand, and meets its goals. You will lead by example on the sales floor, coaching team members to achieve their goals and creating an environment where team members feel valued, can grow, and function well as a team. This role demands enthusiasm, confidence, and a passion for the latest wireless technology and achieving great results.

Requirements

Polished communication skills
Leadership skills

Motivated to work in a dynamic and fast-paced team environment
Flexible to work day, evening and weekend shifts, based on business needs
Comfortable with technology
2-3 years of progressive retail sales or customer service experience
At least one year of management experience
