We’re seeking an Assistant Store Manager to join our team to help with store operations, customer service and team development. This role involves assisting with store functions, engaging customers positively, organizing and maintaining merchandise, performing opening and closing procedures, processing corporate directives, maintaining promotional displays, assisting with inventory management and loss prevention, and ensuring the store is well-stocked and organized to company standards. The Assistant Store Manager is also responsible for protecting company assets, adhering to policies and procedures, supervising and developing store associates, and maintaining a positive, safe, and respectful environment. Additionally, they are responsible for the cleanliness of the store and performing other duties as assigned.
