Requirements

  • Ability to build rapport and coach team members to create best in class customer experiences and meet business sales targets through clear and effective verbal communication.
  • Strong commitment to delivering bestinclass customer experiences.
  • Experience with retail operations, including scheduling, merchandising execution, inventory adherence to compliance standards and adapting to dynamic environments.
  • Can provide 40 hours availability weekly, including evenings, weekends, and statutory holidays to meet customer demand and maintain strong performance results during peak times.
  • A pre-employment background check will be conducted. As part of our selection process, all candidates must clear a criminal/credit background check and ID verification. Previous employment verification may be required depending on the role.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Store Manager in managing day to day operations, coaching, and developing team members to positively impact growth and create best in class customer experiences.
  • Enhance the retail experience by providing best in class service and value-added solutions to our customers through promoting Rogers & Fido brands including Rogers Mastercard.
  • Achieve sales goals within a dynamic and supportive team environment.
  • Represent Rogers and Fido brands in-store and at local community events to support local small businesses.
