You will drive sales through customer engagement, follow-up, and closing deals, coach and support the team to meet performance goals, assist with customer accounts, agreements, and post-sale follow-up, support the Store Manager in daily operations and store performance, and maintain showroom standards, inventory accuracy, and customer experience. You will also step in to lead the store when needed and supervise and support a small team (1–3 employees), providing coaching, feedback, and accountability, and helping train team members on sales and customer experience.
