Requirements

Valid driver’s license
High school diploma or equivalent
Excel in a team environment
Have an upbeat and positive outlook
Be able to function well in a physically demanding environment
Be dedicated and reliable
Have strong written and verbal communication skills
High school diploma or equivalent

Some management experience and/or college course work is helpful.

Responsibilities

Install, rotate, balance, repair, and clean new tires and wheels
Train, mentor, and coach a team of 4-5 technicians
Organize new and existing inventory of tires, wheels, wiper blades, and lug nuts
Providing an inviting, easy, and safe customer experience
Provide an excellent customer service experience in sales and service
Empower customers with product knowledge
Inventory management
Installation and maintenance of tires/wheels, rotations, balancing and repairs
Training and guidance for Tire Service Technicians
Leading a team of 4-5 technicians in an indoor/outdoor service environment
