About The Position
Jack Flash in Mattoon, Illinois is looking to hire a Full-Time Assistant Store Manager. This role is for someone with a passion for leading people in a challenging, fast-paced environment who wants to grow their skills at a community-focused stop. Jack Flash is a family-owned, growing retailer in Illinois and Missouri, founded in 1986 with one location and now operating 18 locations including convenience stores, truck stops, liquor stores, and car washes. Responsibilities
- Customer service and leading a team will be your top priority.
- Develop a strong partnership with the Store Manager.
- Aid in the coaching and training of team members on customer service and assigned tasks.
- Assist in the daily paperwork, inventory control, store maintenance and team member accountability.
