About The Position

Fabletics is seeking a passionate, driven Assistant Store Manager for its retail store at The Gardens in Palm Beach, Florida. The Assistant Store Manager is an integral leader in creating an exceptional retail experience and collaborates with the Store Manager and leadership team to drive sales and operational excellence. The role uses technology to support a seamless omnichannel shopping experience between online and physical stores and works with associates to serve customers, surpass KPIs, and achieve store goals. This position reports to the Store Manager. The role requires working onsite on a flexible schedule that includes evenings, weekends, and holidays. It involves constant moving, talking, hearing, reaching, grabbing, and standing for at least two consecutive hours; stooping, kneeling, crouching, and climbing ladders may occasionally be required. Unpacking inventory boxes weighing 10–30 pounds is also part of the job.

Requirements

At least one year of management experience in a retail environment.
Knowledge of or familiarity with active lifestyle activities such as yoga, cycling or spin, Pilates, weight training, running, and nutrition.
Ability to interact socially with customers, employees, and business partners inside and outside the store.
Ability to work with large teams.
Strong interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Comfort dealing with ambiguity and taking initiative when opportunities arise.
Familiarity with retail inventory and point-of-sale systems.
Self-motivation, strong communication, and ability to bring out the best in others.
Ability to multitask, set priorities, and work well under pressure.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and national holidays.
Willingness to work onsite on a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
At least 18 years of age.
Ability to perform the physical activities described, including standing for at least two consecutive hours and unpacking boxes weighing 10–30 pounds.

Responsibilities
