About The Position

Join the Lovisa America team as an Assistant Store Manager! Lovisa is a fashion-forward jewelry brand created to offer on-trend fashion jewelry at ready-to-wear prices. This role is for someone who sees themselves as a great leader and wants to climb the retail ladder, acting as a brand ambassador and leading the team by example, sharing sales techniques, and achieving store KPIs.

Requirements

• Open availability for the retail work week.
• Must be 18 years and older.
• Store management experience for a retailer or hospitality.
• Ability to perform in a fast-paced, high volume retail environment.
• Strong people management skills and thorough understanding of performance management.
• Excellent planning and organizational skills.
• A proven track record of delivering results.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Passion for retail and fashion!

Nice To Haves

• Existing Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager experience in creating a team environment.
