We’re seeking an Assistant Store Manager to join our team to help with store operations, customer service and team development. This role involves assisting with store functions, engaging customers positively, organizing and maintaining merchandise, performing opening and closing procedures, processing corporate directives, maintaining promotional displays, assisting with inventory management and loss prevention, and ensuring the store is clean and presentable according to company standards. The Assistant Store Manager will also be responsible for protecting company assets and ensuring all store associates adhere to company policies and procedures. Additionally, this role involves supervising, training, and developing store associates, fostering a positive and respectful environment, and maintaining professional interactions with customers, associates, and leaders.
