ECCO, a premier Footwear company, is hiring an Assistant Store Manager to join their Retail Team. This role is responsible for driving and exceeding store financial goals by ensuring a world-class shopping experience for guests. Key duties include assisting the Store Manager with merchandise and inventory management, maintaining operational and administrative excellence, and providing training and professional development for the store team. The Assistant Store Manager will ensure compliance with ECCO policies, set goals, and motivate employees. They will also partner with the Store Manager in identifying and developing exceptional candidates for current and future staffing needs, focusing on building bench strength and promoting employees into positions of greater responsibility. The role requires strong communication, prioritization, organization, and follow-up skills. The Assistant Store Manager will act as a Brand Ambassador, exercising good judgment in resolving customer service issues, and maintaining ECCO’s culture of passion, innovation, and sustainability. They must also serve as a role model for the team by demonstrating effective selling skills on the sales floor.
