We’re seeking an Assistant Store Manager to join our team to help with store operations, customer service and team development. This role involves assisting with store functions, engaging customers positively, organizing and managing merchandise, performing opening and closing procedures, processing corporate directives, maintaining store displays, assisting with inventory management and loss prevention, and ensuring the cleanliness and organization of the store. The Assistant Store Manager will also be responsible for protecting company assets and ensuring adherence to all company policies and procedures, including safety guidelines. Additionally, this role involves supervising, training, and developing store associates, fostering a positive and respectful environment, and maintaining professional interactions with customers and colleagues. Other duties may be assigned as needed.
