We’re seeking an Assistant Store Manager to join our team to help with store operations, customer service and team development. This role involves assisting with store functions, day-to-day activities, and ensuring a positive customer experience. The Assistant Store Manager will also be responsible for organizing merchandise, maintaining store displays, processing corporate directives, and managing various administrative tasks related to store operations. A key aspect of this role is protecting company assets and ensuring adherence to all company policies and procedures, including safety guidelines. The Assistant Store Manager will also play a crucial role in supervising, training, and developing store associates, fostering a positive, safe, and respectful environment. Maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of the store, including stocking shelves and organizing the stockroom, is also a primary responsibility.
