We’re seeking an Assistant Store Manager to join our team to help with store operations, customer service and team development. This role involves assisting with store functions, day-to-day activities, and ensuring a positive customer experience. The Assistant Store Manager will also be responsible for organizing merchandise, maintaining store displays, processing corporate directives, and managing various administrative tasks such as ordering, record keeping, and loss prevention. A key aspect of the role is maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the sales floor and stockroom to company standards, while also protecting company assets and ensuring adherence to all policies and procedures, including safety guidelines. The Assistant Store Manager will support the Store Manager in supervising, training, and developing store associates, fostering a positive, safe, and respectful environment. This position requires exceptional customer service, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a high-energy, team environment.
