About The Position
As an Assistant Store Manager, you’ll be a Swarovski advocate, supporting a positive work environment, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and driving commercial results. You’ll coach and empower your team, act as a role model, and help shape the store’s success every day. This role involves acting as a role model, delivering outstanding customer service and brand experience, coaching and motivating team members to maximize performance, supporting recruitment, talent development, and employee relations, driving sales and supporting monthly plans and targets, overseeing store operations, including inventory, cash handling, and compliance, and stepping in for the Store Manager as needed.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in a multicultural retail environment, in luxury fashion, cosmetics, or lifestyle brands
- Some leadership and coaching experience
- A winning personality to easily establish a trustful relationship and empower others
- Excellent customer service skills and digital proficiency
- Responsible and able to take ownership
- Curious, empathetic, and results-driven team player with a commercial mindset
Responsibilities
