About The Position

Our store revenues fund our nonprofit mission to invest in people who need support to achieve their work and life goals. Goodwill NNE’s programs include workforce training programs, 22 group homes that support adults with disabilities, community support for adults with disabilities, AmeriCorps programs, and business-cleaning services. We also operate two brain injury clinics to help people recover after a brain injury. As the Assistant Store Manager, you will assist the Store Manager in the hiring, team building, and day-to-day management of store personnel to achieve the sales plan, control expenses, protect company assets, and ensure the mission of Goodwill Northern New England is positively shared with customers.

Requirements

  • Strong leadership skills.
  • Experience in scheduling.
  • Experience in team supervision.
  • Experience in customer service.
  • Attaining productivity goals.
  • Prior experience in retail at a supervisory level.

Nice To Haves

  • Shift supervisor background in a multi-line retail environment.
