Responsibilities
- Supporting the Store Manager in leading, coaching, and developing the team
- Helping ensure the store is appropriately staffed, including supporting recruitment, onboarding, and team development
- Driving sales and delivering outstanding customer experiences
- Managing day-to-day store operations, inventory, and merchandising
- Maintaining high visual standards and a positive store environment
- Assisting with scheduling, payroll, and operational compliance
