This role involves supervising daily activities of associates, ensuring brand standards are met, resolving customer issues, analyzing store trends, and developing team members. The Assistant Manager is responsible for executing company processes, supporting digital strategies like Omni-channel fulfillment, managing inventory, scheduling, and ensuring store safety and asset protection. They will also be responsible for all Primary Duties when the Store Manager is not present.
