We’re seeking an Assistant Store Manager to join our team to help with store operations, customer service and team development. This role involves assisting with store functions, day-to-day activities, and ensuring a positive customer experience. The Assistant Store Manager will also be responsible for merchandise organization, maintaining promotional displays, processing corporate directives, and assisting with various administrative tasks. A key aspect of the role is maintaining store cleanliness and organization, protecting company assets, and ensuring adherence to all company policies and procedures. Additionally, the Assistant Store Manager will support the Store Manager in supervising, training, and developing store associates, fostering a positive and respectful work environment.
