About The Position

The Good Feet Store is seeking an Assistant Store Manager who leads with professionalism, care, and high standards. This role involves hands-on leadership in a consultative, patient-focused environment, with the goal of helping people walk without pain. The Assistant Store Manager will set the tone for a positive customer experience, coach and support the team, lead by example, and help maintain consistency and accountability. This is not a passive management role; it requires active involvement with the team.
