About The Position
The Assistant Store Manager collaborates with the Store Manager to achieve store objectives by prioritizing efforts, exceeding goals, and motivating the team to maximize store performance. This role involves cultivating a positive and safe team environment, maintaining merchandising standards to meet or exceed sales targets and Key Performance Indicators, and assisting in the recruitment, coaching, and development of a productive team. The position is typically equivalent to an Associate Store Manager at a Yellow Store.
