Requirements

  • Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop teams in a fast-paced retail or food service environment.
  • Strong customer-first mindset supported by excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven reliability and accountability, with flexibility to work various shifts, including overnight/3rd shift.
  • Solid problem-solving ability with attention to detail, plus basic computer, math, and analytical skills.
  • Self-driven with the ability to quickly learn, complete training, and consistently align with company values.
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned district as needed.
  • 2+ years of food service or retail management experience required.

  • Stay sharp and connected —attend trainings and meetings, stay current on policies, and communicate openly with leadership and partners.
  • Drive results together —support staffing, partner with leadership and vendors, and push sales and profitability while keeping operations running smoothly.
