About The Position

Assistant Manager – Skincare Retail Location: Tin City, Naples, FL | Type: Full-Time | Pay: $20–$22/hour Schedule: Includes nights, weekends, and holidays You're a Seller First You don't wait for customers to come to you — you engage, you read the room, and you know how to turn a conversation into a sale. You love skincare, but what really drives you is the satisfaction of helping someone find exactly what they need and closing the deal. We're growing and looking for an Assistant Manager who brings real retail selling experience, takes ownership on the floor, and can help lead a team to consistently hit — and exceed — goals.

Requirements

2+ years of retail sales experience — required (specialty, beauty, or skincare preferred)
2+ years as an Assistant Manager or Lead Keyholder — required
A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals — we'll ask about your numbers
Strong floor presence: you are comfortable initiating conversations and guiding customers to a purchase
Experience coaching others to sell, not just telling them what to do
Genuine enthusiasm for skincare and wellness — product knowledge you can build on
Strong communication skills and a natural ability to connect with a wide range of people
18+ | High school diploma or equivalent | Able to pass a background check

Responsibilities

Drive sales daily — set the pace on the floor, actively approach customers, and model consultative selling techniques for your team
Deliver personalized skincare consultations that educate customers and build loyalty
Support the Store Manager in all aspects of store operations, including opening/closing, inventory, and scheduling
Coach and motivate team members to hit individual and store sales targets
Hold yourself and your team accountable to KPIs, conversion rates, and average transaction value
Maintain visual standards and a welcoming, high-energy store environment
