About The Position

Chatters is looking for an Assistant Store Manager to join their growing team. This role involves being a product expert, building relationships with customers and team members, and driving sales. The Assistant Store Manager will also be responsible for coaching the sales team, maintaining the salon's appearance, and ensuring it is well-stocked and merchandised according to Chatters' standards. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic about beauty, has leadership experience, and excels in customer service and sales.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience in a retail leadership role.
  • Experience in the customer service, sales, or retail industry.
  • Ability to build rapport with guests and team members.
  • Proficiency with computers.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Superior time management skills.
  • Problem-solving abilities.
  • Highly responsible and reliable.

Responsibilities

  • Present and promote beauty products to customers.
  • Ensure customers leave happy with recommendations.
  • Coach and train the sales team to help them achieve store sales targets.
  • Maintain the salon's cleanliness, stock levels, and merchandising according to standards.
  • Deliver 5-star customer service and provide a welcoming environment.
  • Drive sales and achieve sales targets.
