About The Position

We need a motivated and experienced Store Manager to help lead our fast-paced, high-energy store in Franklin. If you're passionate about excellent customer service, and building a strong team, this is the perfect opportunity for you. Extra plus if you love fresh bagels and see beauty in imperfection. As a Store Manager, you will be the right hand to the General Manager, overseeing daily operations and ensuring our customers have an outstanding experience. You will play a key role in managing staff, maintaining quality standards, and driving business success.

Requirements

Proven experience in a supervisory or management role within the restaurant, food service, or retail industry.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
A passion for great food and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting store environment.
Support the General Manager with scheduling, payroll, and reporting.
Help monitor and manage labor and food costs to meet budget goals.
