About The Position

This role is for an Assistant Store Manager at Calvin Klein. The position involves leading the sales floor, delivering a top-notch customer experience, and contributing to the store's overall business success. The Assistant Manager will uphold brand standards, oversee operational functions, and support the Store Manager in driving performance and maintaining a motivated team. Key responsibilities include executing business strategies, driving daily sales goals, and fostering a motivating and inclusive team environment.

Requirements

Friendliness, organization and time management skills
Strong leadership presence with the ability to lead by example, manage through challenges, resolve issues proactively, and ensure daily operations run smoothly

Previous experience as a retail Assistant Manager or similar leadership role with key holder responsibilities
Ability to walk, stand, bend, reach and squat for prolonged periods, and carry up to 20 pounds
