Requirements

Proven experience in fashion retail store management in the U.S.
A natural leader who values teamwork over individual competition.
Passionate about fashion and delivering excellent customer experiences.
Comfortable navigating both people management and operational responsibilities.

Responsibilities

Take charge of store operations when the Store Manager is away.
Ensure smooth, efficient daily operations.
Lead the team to achieve store-wide sales goals.
Create a positive, collaborative environment by reducing excessive commission competition.
Coach, schedule, and support both full-time and part-time staff.
Strengthen team performance and customer satisfaction on the sales floor.
