About The Position

This position will train in our Shamokin Store until the official opening of our Pottsville location. Applicant may qualify for travel allowance during training period. We are passionate about helping employees grow and delivering great customer experiences! We serve others, do what it takes, and own it. This role leads from the front and drives sales results, coaches others while staying actively involved in selling, builds strong customer relationships and closes consistently, and holds self and team accountable to goals.

Requirements

• 1+ year leadership or supervisory experience preferred
• Strong background in sales or retail
• Proven ability to meet or exceed goals
• Strong communication and coaching skills
• Results-driven, organized, and reliable

Responsibilities

• Drive sales through customer engagement, follow-up, and closing deals
• Coach and support the team to meet performance goals
• Assist with customer accounts, agreements, and post-sale follow-up
• Support Store Manager in daily operations and store performance
• Maintain showroom standards, inventory accuracy, and customer experience
• Step in to lead the store when needed
• Supervise and support a small team (1–3 employees)
• Provide coaching, feedback, and accountability
• Help train team members on sales and customer experience
