About The Position

As an Assistant Store Manager, you will help lead your team, support daily store operations, and create an exceptional experience for every customer. You will coach Team Members, keep the store running smoothly, and help drive a culture of service, teamwork, and accountability. Our Assistant Store Managers lead by example, support Team Members, and help keep store operations running smoothly. Their leadership helps create an exceptional customer experience and ensures every customer leaves ready for their next adventure.

Flexible Schedule: Our 24/7 stores require your flexibility, including potentially working on nights, weekends, and holidays.
Interpersonal & Communication Skills: Engage effectively with Team Members and provide outstanding customer experiences through strong communication skills.
Collected & Composed: Remain calm and collected under high pressure situations while still delivering extraordinary customer service.
Effective Problem Solving: Possess strong problem-solving skills with the ability to recognize & analyze an issue while creating effective solutions.
ServeSafe Certification: Currently certified or willing to obtain.

Nice To Haves

1 year+ of supervisory experience (preferred).

Responsibilities

Lead by Example: Be a team player by fulling & overseeing all tasks and duties required of Team Members.
Team Development: Assist with the training, mentoring, & supervision of all Team members.
Facility Maintenance: Ensure safety by supporting the inspection of the facilities and equipment.
Operational Excellence: Complete general reporting and bookkeeping responsibilities.
