We’re seeking an Assistant Store Manager to join our team to help with store operations, customer service and team development. This role involves assisting with store functions, day-to-day activities, and ensuring a positive customer experience. The Assistant Store Manager will also be responsible for organizing merchandise, maintaining store displays, processing corporate directives, and managing various administrative tasks. A key aspect of this role is protecting company assets and ensuring adherence to all policies and procedures, including safety guidelines. The Assistant Store Manager will also support the Store Manager in supervising, training, and developing store associates, fostering a positive, safe, and respectful environment. Maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of the store, including stocking, organizing, and cleaning, is also a crucial part of the position. Other duties may be assigned as needed.
