About The Position

We’re looking for a confident and people oriented Assistant Store Manager who can multi task and keep things running smoothly in our busy salon environment. This role requires enthusiasm for beauty, strong leadership, and excellent communication and time management skills. The Assistant Store Manager will be responsible for retail operations, appointment booking, coaching the sales team, maintaining salon standards, managing inventory and product ordering, overseeing budgets and payroll, and ensuring a positive environment for guests and staff.

Requirements

• Enthusiastic about all things beauty.
• At least 1 year of experience in a retail leadership role.
• Ability to build rapport with guests and team.
• Flexible, self-motivated, and driven.
• Excellent people and communication skills.
• Superior time management skills.
• Knowledge of computer systems like Point of Sales, Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Gmail.
• Ability to inspire others.
• Knack for problem solving.
• Highly responsible and 100% reliable.

Responsibilities

• Manage retail operations.
• Analyze, maintain, and improve systems and processes.
• Oversee and book guest appointments.
• Coach and train the sales team to achieve store sales targets.
• Ensure the salon is kept clean, well-stocked, and merchandised.
• Oversee inventory, product ordering, and pricing.
• Monitor budgets, payroll management, scheduling, and cost of goods management.
• Provide a welcoming environment for guests and beauty consultants.
