About The Position
Wushiland Boba is an authentic Taiwanese bubble tea establishment serving classic Taiwanese flavors to Boba lovers in North America. As the company expands on the West Coast, it seeks people who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are dedicated to creating memorable customer experiences. The Assistant Store Manager Trainee provides day-to-day support for store operations, helps the store manager with assigned tasks, and is willing to assist with warehouse duties, including loading, offloading, and transferring packages from the warehouse to the store.
Requirements
- English proficiency.
- At least 1–2 years of food/beverage retail assistant store manager experience.
- Ability to manage different aspects of running a store.
- Comfort with training and coaching a team.
- Ability to cultivate a culture of growth and professionalism.
- Excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a strong work ethic.
Nice To Haves
- Food Handlers Certification.
- Experience in the food/beverage retail industry.
Responsibilities
