About The Position

The Assistant Store Manager (Operations) will be a team player, fully overseeing and completing all tasks and duties required of Team Members. This role will assist with the training, mentoring, and supervision of all Team Members. The Assistant Store Manager will also ensure safety by supporting the inspection of facilities and equipment, and complete general reporting and bookkeeping responsibilities.

Requirements

• Must be 21+ years of age.
• Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with Team Members and customers.
• Ability to remain calm and collected under high-pressure situations.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• ServeSafe Certification (currently certified or willing to obtain).

Nice To Haves

• 1 year+ of supervisory experience.
