About The Position

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is eager to learn, grow, and develop into a future Store Manager within our business. We are looking for a Full-Time Assistant Store Manager in Training to join our TOMMY HILFIGER team at BIRKENHEAD POINT, Sydney.

Requirements

• Previous supervisory and/or management experience in the customer service or retail apparel industry
• Excellent communication skills
• Extensive people management skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Entrepreneurial mindset
• Vibrant, energetic and authentic with a positive attitude
• Impeccable grooming and personal presentation

Responsibilities

• Achieving KPI’s including sales and wage budgets, UPT, conversion rate, average $, shrinkage and mystery shops
• Recruit, mentor and motivate a team
• Stock management and visual merchandising
• Identify growth opportunities
