The Assistant Store Manager Experiences oversees all specialized experiences of the business, including The Rock Wall, The Cage, The Field/Ice Rink, Golf Bays/Services, Equipment Service, and in-store activations. This role is responsible for increasing revenue, traffic, and athlete conversion through strategic programming, event planning, and ensuring merchandising standards. The Assistant Store Manager also focuses on athlete satisfaction, community relationships, and leads, coaches, and develops teams within assigned departments, while managing payroll and fostering an inclusive store environment.
