About The Position

The primary leadership responsibility is to deliver optimal total store conditions every morning. This role focuses on creating an overnight store environment centered on associate experience, customer experience, total store in-stock and conditioned, friendly & caring behaviors, and retention. The Assistant Store Leader will be the subject matter expert regarding effective displays, signage, ad execution, rotation, conditioning, sales events, and pricing. This role aims to create an uplifting environment for associates and customers, and to build high-performance work teams by engaging, rewarding, coaching, and developing associates. The role also requires demonstrating the company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety.

Requirements

Leadership experience
Experience in retail operations
Knowledge of effective displays, signage, ad execution, rotation, conditioning, sales events, and pricing
Ability to create an uplifting environment
Skills in engaging, rewarding, coaching, and developing associates
Demonstration of core values: respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety
