About The Position

This position involves learning the operations of all departments and the duties of store management, sharing responsibility for store performance in all areas of operation and human resources. Fry’s Food Stores, based in Arizona, merged with The Kroger Company in 1983 and now serves customers in over 120 stores throughout Arizona. Responsibilities

• Learn the operations of all departments and the duties of store management
• Share responsibility for store performance in all areas of operation/human resources
• Perform scheduling, security, maintenance, safety, sanitation, ordering, administration & Human Resource-related duties
