About The Position

Responsible for assisting with the overall day-to-day operations of the store, including the continuous development of effective store associates to achieve desired sales and profit results. This role involves assessing the store's daily ability to meet or exceed customer expectations for ease of shopping, variety, freshness, cleanliness, food safety, and regulatory compliance. The Assistant Store Leader also assists with coaching and developing store associates through both formal and informal interactions, and demonstrates the company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety.

Requirements

• Demonstrated ability to achieve desired sales and profit results.
• Understanding of customer expectations for ease of shopping, variety, freshness, cleanliness, food safety, and regulatory compliance.
• Experience in coaching and developing associates.
