As an Assistant Store Director, you will provide direction related to operations, processes, and conditions of the store. You will plan, direct, and supervise the team in the day-to-day operation of the store. You are responsible for the selection, training and development, and performance management for all team members in your span of care. You will develop strategies to improve customer service, drive store sales, and increase profitability. Ensure customer needs are met, complaints are resolved effectively and efficiently, and service is quick and efficient. Ensure that all products and displays are merchandised effectively to maximize sales and profitability.
