About The Position

The Assistant Store Director assists the Store Director in the complete operation of a designated grocery store. The role works with corporate management, department heads, associates, and vendors to drive sales and ensure high levels of customer service. The Assistant Store Director models professionalism, ethical behavior, and effective decision-making, and assists with the proper operation of all departments. The position also helps the Store Director focus on store employees and resolve complex problems, while coordinating employees' work to achieve satisfactory operating results in compliance with company procedures and policies.

The work environment is typical of a fast-paced grocery store.
