Assistant Specialist, Strategic Sourcing- What this job involves Provide support for Integrated Facilities and Property Management clients and internal stakeholders related to optimization of JLL managed services operations and sourcing strategies. Responsible for delivering supplier and operational improvements; leading and executing strategic initiatives. Provide support, instruction and follow-up to operations teams RFP/bid, contracting and operational processes. Be proactive and manage internal and external customer expectations. Create and track Sourcing Requests for contract extensions, renewals and new services. Act as a liaison between Shared Services, Corporate Legal and Risk Management to ensure all contractual terms and conditions comply with standard or other contract changes and are formally reviewed and approved by legal/risk management. Assist Sourcing Leader with work priorities, complete deliverables timely and resolve issues with Operations teams, temporary help and/or project-specific dedicated personnel to assure client satisfaction, customer satisfaction. Provide analysis and compliance reporting to Sourcing Lead, identifying risks and actions as appropriate compliance gaps between procurement and work order systems. Complete quarterly system audits to ensure KPI reporting is accurate. Complete quarterly vendor management audits to ensure information is accurate. Ensures compensation rates in Work Order systems align with service agreements and are updated in accordance with contractual increases and service level changes.

Requirements

  • 2-5 years strategic sourcing experience
  • Great Inter-personal skills
  • Organization skills
  • Strong Analytical Ability
  • Proven ability to work independently while supporting teams in decentralized environment.
  • Excellent communication skills – oral and written.
  • Experience with stakeholder communications.
  • Contract Management experience
  • Sourcing & Procurement software

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from four-year college or university preferred.
  • Project management and business transitions experience preferred.
