About The Position

This position involves instructing student-athletes in soccer skills and teamwork, monitoring their academic and athletic performance, and contributing to a positive and inclusive team environment. The role also includes potential teaching assignments in Health & Human Performance and assisting with Game Operations for selected sports. Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university.
Commitment to academic success of student-athletes.
Coaching experience at collegiate level or Club Level.
Ability to recruit top level student-athletes.
Effective communication and computer skills.
Must be able to lawfully accept employment in the United States by the day employment begins.
Official transcript(s) from all degree granting institutions must be provided to the Office of Human Resources prior to first duty day.
Conform to Minnesota State College and Universities vehicle use criteria and consent to a motor vehicle records check.

Nice To Haves

Skills/ability to integrate technology to enhance learning and teaching.
Two years of Collegiate Soccer coaching.
Knowledge of NCAA Division II and the NSIC conference rules and regulations.

Responsibilities

Instruct student-athletes in ways to strengthen their Soccer Skills and teamwork skills.
Monitor student-athletes academic and athletic performance.
Create a positive and inclusive team environment.
Potentially teach limited classes as assigned in Health & Human Performance.
Serve as an assistant in Game Operations for selected sports.
Contribute to student growth and development.
