Assistant Site Supervisor

The Lead Officer position helps maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients by providing lead direction to Security Officers at assigned client sites on assigned shifts. Observes and reports activities and incidents, providing for the security and safety of client property and personnel. Preserves order and may act to enforce regulations and directives for the site pertaining to personnel, visitors, and premises. Requirements
- Active Connecticut State Driver's License - Reliable transportation & Clean Motor Vehicle History
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in security operations
- Strong customer service and relationship management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and standard business software.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable transportation and communication methods.
