About The Position

BLISS Car Wash is seeking a hands-on leader to join their team as an Assistant Site Manager. This role is described as a career path into Site Manager and beyond, focusing on driving team performance, delivering excellent customer experiences, and ensuring smooth operations. The ideal candidate will be a leader who can motivate a team, maintain a clean and safe site, and drive sales, particularly Unlimited Wash Memberships. This position offers a $750 sign-on bonus and the opportunity for growth within the company.

Requirements

Leadership experience in retail, car wash, or service industry preferred.
Strong communication and team-building skills.
Comfortable holding team members accountable to performance standards.
Ability to stay organized and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
Able to work varied hours/days as business dictates.
Positive attitude with a hands-on leadership style.
Demonstrates ability to improve staff performance through motivation, training, and setting clear expectations.
Team player.

Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and motivate team members.
Deliver a fast, friendly, high-energy guest experience.
Train on product knowledge.
Drive Unlimited Wash Membership Sales and site performance.
Maintain a clean, safe, and fully operational site.
Train team members on service, safety, and sales expectations.
Step in and lead the site in the Manager’s absence.
Identify issues quickly and take action.
Train & assist with scheduled cleaning tasks (tunnel, vacuum area, walkways, etc.).
Responsible for compliance with local, state, and federal laws as well as internal audits.
